• Note on Video: Sheikhify does NOT access, record, or share any camera or video data from your device. The 'Video' feature consists solely of an animated character providing responses.

AI Processing Data

To generate spiritual responses, your text and voice transcriptions are processed by trusted third‑party AI services (such as DeepSeek and ElevenLabs). We only share:

• Your message text and derived transcripts
• Recent conversation context (to maintain the flow of discussion)
• General profile details you choose to provide (e.g., name)

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address and authentication credentials
• Profile information
• Subscription status

Device Information

We automatically collect certain technical information to ensure the app functions properly:

• Device type and operating system
• App version and performance data
• Crash reports and diagnostic information

• AI Service Providers: We send your messages and transcripts to trusted partners, including DeepSeek for AI processing and ElevenLabs for voice generation and transcription, strictly to generate the AI's response.
• RevenueCat & App Stores: Used securely to manage your subscription status.
• Firebase (Google): Used to securely store your account and chat data.

We do not allow any third parties to use your data for advertising purposes.

Before any data is processed by AI services, you must provide consent inside the app. You can review our commitment to your privacy at any time.
