By downloading, accessing or using Horselegant ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

You may use the App without an account, with data stored on your device. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity that occurs under it, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You retain full ownership of the horse data, records, photos and other content you enter into the App. We do not claim ownership of your content. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you sign in and enable cloud backup, your data is backed up so it can be restored on your other devices. While we take reasonable care, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important information.
Horselegant offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features. The following applies to subscriptions:
The App is a record-keeping and organisational tool. It is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Weather-based indicators such as laminitis-risk warnings are general, informational estimates only. Always consult a qualified veterinarian or equine professional regarding the health, care and treatment of your horses. Never disregard professional veterinary advice because of something shown in the App.
We may update, change or discontinue features of the App at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horselegant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before it takes effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
